Our main office is on Bay Street and our clients are almost all within walking distance. We charge a flat rate so there is no pressure to generate billable hours—but that means our focus is on preventing problems through building and maintaining reliable infrastructure. We have a flat organizational structure and everyone is focused on the clients’ needs. The managing partners answer the help line and walk to clients, so will you—no matter your specialty. While every day will be different, they will all be client focused.
We need engaging, professional, and personable people who are ready to work in a team environment. We also need people with a deep and practical understanding of VMware, Windows AD environments, Networking, Security, and experience on a help desk. If you have moved past answering the phone and fixing computer problems, and only want to focus on building out big-budget infrastructure projects, then we are not a match. But if you like troubleshooting, dealing with clients, and are willing to focus on the business needs of a client, then please reach out—we look forward to meeting you.
